David DeJesus-Candelaria's Obituary
David A. DeJesus-Candelaria, 74, of Thonotosassa, passed away at Advent Health in Zephyrhills, Fl. Born November 16th in Florida, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late David and Virginia (Candelaria) DeJesus. Moving to the states in 1987, he worked as a auto mechanic. His true passions were horses; spending long hours, training, riding and caring for them and also racing cars. He would rebuild entire engines, build the cars, and paint the winning color scheme.
He will be remembered and missed by his devoted wife, Isabel DeJesus-Pujols; his beloved sons, Luis A.(Barbara), Wilberto (Jolene), Angel, and David DeJesus; his brother, Angel(Brenda) DeJesus; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will gather, Monday, October 4, 2021, at Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 US Highway 301 N, Thonotosassa, from 1pm until time of service at 2pm. Interment will follow services in the Cemetery.
