Reverend Charles Hunt, 86, passed away on October 23, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father: Gene Hunt; mother: Daisey Hammett; step father: Gent Hammett; sister: Virginia Roberts; brother: Roy Hunt; daughter: Linda Mockovciak; and grandson: Christopher Hunt. Charles left behind his loving wife of 66 years: Donice Hunt; sister: Patricia Hammett Daniels; sister-in-law: Evelyn Hunt; son and daughter-in-law Charles and Carmen; son-in-law: Sam; granddaughter: Amber; grandson and wife: Jeremy and Christine; grandson and wife: Brian and Mandy; 2 great grandsons: Dylan and Lewis; 2 great granddaughters: Abigail and Mary; many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends and loved ones.
Rev. Hunt was a craftsman at his trade of drywall for 50 years, but his heart was in Ministry. He pastored numerous church congregations for 50 years and built several buildings of worship. Nothing thrilled him more than leading someone to Christ, praying for the sick, or shouting Praises to the LORD in a church service. We all loved him and we knew he loved us!
