Carl F. Vogt Jr.'s Obituary
Carl F. Vogt Jr., 85, of Tampa, FL., passed away on March 11, 2019. Carl was born May 21, 1933 in New York, New York to Carl and Mary Vogt. Carl was a truck driver for most of his life and enjoyed his time on the road. He later on became a security guard. Carl had a love of the outdoors whether is was driving, boating included having a sailboat for a number of years, or even photography; Carl felt at peace when he was outside. Carl was a proud US Army Veteran and was stationed in Germany during the Korean War.
Carl is survived by his wife Charlene D. (Potash) Vogt; his sons, Jayson, Kurt, and Carl III; his daughters, Tina, Kerry, Cindy, and Michelle; as well as his brother, Jon Vogt.
Carl is preceded in death by parents Carl and Mary Vogt; and brother Donald A Vogt Sr.
Graveside Service will be held at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513 on Monday April 08, 2019 at 11 am, with Military Honors.
