Boyd, Bonnie Marie's Obituary
Bonnie was born on May 1, 1956 to loving parents Gordon and Lithia Mills in Tampa Florida. She passed suddenly on December 8, 2024, at the Wesley Chapel Advent Hospital following a massive stroke during the early hours of Saturday December 7, 2024. Her family lovingly gather by her bedside as she passed.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, Wilbur David Boyd Sr and her mother, Lithia Mills.
She is survived by her Father, Gordon W Mills of Tampa Florida, her four (4) children, 2 grandchildren, her 3 siblings and many loving family members.
Children and grandchildren: Wilber David Boyd, Jr (Son) of Pasco County, Dade City Florida; Brian Thomas Boyd (Son) (Jessica Boyd-DIL) Liam Boyd (Grandson) of Missouri; Heather Marie Boyd (Daughter) Brayson Carr (Grandson) of Missouri; and Bonnie Sue Boyd (Daughter) Pasco County Florida.
Siblings: Eric Mills (Brother) of Tampa Florida; Katrina (Mills) Nicholls (Sister) of St. Petersburg Florida. And Wilbur Randall Mills of Zephyrhills Florida.
As the children and family gather around her bedside to bid our final farewell of love, each held her hand and whispered their deepest emotions of love as they spoke from the depths of their hearts to hers. Holding on to a heartbeat that may have stopped here on earth but clinging to a life. that shall live on in each of us for the rest of our days. Holding close every memory while whispering a lasting tribute from a “Child’s heart”, I love you forever, Momma! A Grandchild’s hearts” I love you, Grandma/Mawmoo! A loving Tribute spoken from the depths of a father’s heart, during her final moment’s- Daddy/Grandpa (as the kids call him) gently whispered words of comfort for her Final Rest- “You fought a long hard fight, and you did good baby girl, now rest and know that I love you!” And she slipped away peacefully!
Each of the children and family express their gratitude for your thoughts and continued prayers. No more pain and suffering on earth, Forever in our Hearts!
She will be laid to rest in St. Louis Missouri Jefferson Barracks National Military Cemetery with her late husband at a later date
