Bettye was born on August 31, 1938, in Herndon, KY, the daughter of John Willie and Louise Stigall Cunningham.
Bettye is survived by her children: Ricky D. Shepherd, Rhonda D. Shepherd, Robert D. Shepherd, and Maria Latham. She was preceded in death by her son Ray Derek Allmon.
A mother of five that will be truly missed. Until we’re together again, in the presence of God, our memories of you will always live in our hearts. We love you Mom.
