Albert Lee Mercer's Obituary
Albert Lee Mercer, 77, of Tampa, FL., passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Born July 2, 1942 in Greensboro, Florida, he was the son of the late Carton and Mildred (Whidden) Mercer.
Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years of marriage, Ida L. (Plummer) Mercer; his children, David A. Mercer (fiancee Nikki Briggs) and Mary M. (Rob) Kerdasha; his sisters, Vera Yelvington and Betty Bentley; as well as his grandchildren, Magen Mercer, Maddie Mercer and Meridith Mercer.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul Catholic Church, 12708 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33618 on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 10AM. There will be a visitation held at Sunset Funeral Home, 11005 North Highway 301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592 on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 6-8pm. Graveside Service will be held at Sunset Memory Gardens, Thonotosassa, FL., private at the convenience of the family. Flowers are welcome!
