Alan was quite simply my dearest friend. Always kind, he laughed at my (sometimes) cynical view of the world. My fondest memory of Alan; when I was going through a tough time; was that he told me "You are stronger than you think". I'm missing you Alan, Rest in peace, Gentle Soul.

I remember meeting Alan. He was so happy to be working in behavioral health and having the opportunity to help the clients we serve. Anyone who met Alan liked him. Always kind amd smiling. Alan you will be missed 💙
On Friday I lost the most important person in my life. Alan was my best friend and husband of 24 years. He was the purest man I have ever met. He was loved by all and touched everyone's life he ever met. I was so blessed to have had 24 years with this kind and loving man. I just wish it was for another 24. The love we had for each other is so rare to find. He was definitely my sole mate and I his. To the most beautiful person I have ever met, rest in peace my love until we meet again in Heaven. As his cousin, I will always remember the adventurous and inquisitive little kid and then adult, who only wanted to make people happy, care for pets and people, and be liked and loved.
